About the Aslanoff Sisters
Michele Aslanoff is the principal of the Morgan Aslanoff School of Dance and Theatre Arts in London and her sister Maxine Aslanoff teaches at that school. Both sisters specialize in teaching tap and Michele is a former tap dance champion of England a former "Miss Dance" of Great Britain. Their school's Web site at "morganaslanoff dot com" is no longer online, but the school is still listed on the IDTA Web site. An interesting note, the Web site of the Jacqui Ison School of Dance and Theatre Arts north of London - jacquiison dot co dot uk - says it has incorporated the Morgan Aslanoff Theatre School, and in Facebook Jacqui's school is listed as the "Ison Aslanoff School of Dance and Theatre Arts".
